Tahini and white bean


  • Garofalo Tagliatelle Verdi Pasta
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2stp of mixed herbs
  • 2 cups cooked white beans 
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 Natoora Organic Italian Unwaxed Lemon
  • 2 tsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste (I use Maldon sea salt flakes


  1. Boil the Tagliatelle for 13min 
  2. Whilst the Pasta boils break down the white beans in a medium-sized until they resemble a smooth paste
  3. Add squees the fresh lemon into the mixture along with the tahini  making sure to blend both ingredients fully
  4. add the salt, mixed herbs, finely minced garlic and sunflower oil together
  5. If you find the mixture too firm add ore sunflower oil
